“Hair Rules” is a mini feature (45 minutes) that will screen at the Houston Comedy Film Festival on Thursday November 3rd, 2011 as a part of the 120 minute film session. Ryan Becken from Minnesota returns to the HCFF after his film “The Candidate” screened last year.
